Initiate a Return

2. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Click on the “Return Items” button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.
4. Once your return request is submitted, you will receive further instructions via email, including the return shipping address and any additional details.

Return Shipping

• Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

Refund Process

• Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.
